The 12 Principles of GoodKarmama
BALANCED
- We get back what we put in.
- Be consistent with our parenting methods.
- Allow our children to be themselves.
- Don’t expect our children to grow if we don’t.
centered
- The environment we create will be reflected in our children.
- The “now” is the only way to live (we’re here because we’re supposed to be).
- One goal: What are we trying to instill?
- Our actions mirror our beliefs.
PRESENT
- Change is natural, let it happen.
- Be present, today isn’t promised.
- Put in the work, the rewards will follow.
- Our contribution to the Universe may be our children, and that’s more than enough.
Let’s give ourselves a little grace as we strive towards these ideals.
We’re not perfect. We’re on a journey, and these principles can help guide us.
