- Take an honest look at the media your little humans consume.
- Consider providing culturally diverse toys.
- Plan family activities that include a rich variety of cultures.
- When children are old enough to ask insightful questions, be honest with them.
- Children learn a lot from their parents, even when we don’t say a word. Although not intended, parents can communicate bias without even realizing it.
